Congratulations, Christine and Robert! This fall, Christine and Robert were married in a beautiful Newport Harbor Island Resort wedding along the waterfront. From the minute they began planning, Christine and Robert knew they wanted to be married in Newport, RI. It was the spot of their first vacation together, and it wound up being the perfect backdrop for their celebration. They chose an elegant fall color palette reflected in the bridesmaids’ pink velvet dresses and Christine’s bouquet. A Tip for Our Couples…

One of the most stressful parts of planning a wedding reception can be your seating chart! Not only do you have to figure out the layout of your space – including a sweetheart or head table, family style seating, or separate tables… But, you have to determine where everyone will sit. We’ve got a tip to make that seating chart planning less stressful! After you know the layout of your reception room and are working on seating assignments, use sticky notes with names on them to determine who is sitting where. Honestly, this makes it easier to move people around until you’re satisfied with the layout.
