In This Episode
How did you start your flower journey in weddings?
It began as a passion project growing flowers on the farm. One day a farmer’s market customer asked Isa to do a wedding, and it took off from there!
How would you describe your floral style?
Creative, botanical, and romantic. It is heavily inspired by Isa’s background in painting.
How do seasons affect flower availability and pricing?
Seasonal blooms are usually more accessible, but if you’re shipping in specialty flowers, costs go up.
What’s a realistic budget for wedding flowers?
For a mid-range wedding with around 200 guests, a ballpark estimate mentioned was about $15,000.
What are creative ways to maximize your floral budget?
Repurpose! Move arrangements from ceremony to cocktail hour and reception, and reuse bouquet florals where possible.
If you could use one flower forever, what would it be?
Delphinium—because it comes in tons of colors and varieties and blooms twice a year.
