Summertime Wedding at Gurney's Newport Resort

Meet the new Mr. and Mrs.! Katie and Steve planned a romantic spring wedding at the Gurney’s Newport Resort to celebrate the beginning of their marriage. Gurney’s is one of our favorite Newport venues! So, we were thrilled to be able to spend the day with them and their families there! We even got to meet their adorable 8 month old baby boy who was able to join them for the celebration! Katie and Steve’s wedding day was effortlessly romantic, with elegant pink and white details everywhere. They complemented the view and venue perfectly. We absolutely loved their entire day and can’t wait for you to see it all. Congratulations again, Katie and Steve – we wish you a lifetime of love and joy together!

A Tip for Our Couples…

A first look is the best way to make room in your timeline for the things that are most important for you on your wedding day. If you’re a couple who wants to be able to attend your cocktail hour, or just have a moment together alone after you’re wed, a first look will help make all of that possible! It also means that if you do want sunset portraits, we don’t have to spend as long out there! Since we’ve already captured a ton of images earlier in the day, you get more time with your guests. First looks really give you the best of everything – time together, extra portraits, a lightened and easier timeline, and a chance to enjoy the day you worked so hard to plan!
