Hope Club Wedding | Katie & Michael | Providence, RI

Weddings

Watching our friends and family tie the knot is one of the most special parts of our job! So, when Katie and Michael reached out to us about capturing their winter Hope Club wedding day, we absolutely said yes! Sara has known Michael for many years – it was such an honor to be the one capturing his wedding. Katie and Michael had an intimate and romantic wedding celebration this winter. Although COVID changed their wedding plans a few times, including their venue, and guest list, they were able to celebrate safely and with those they love.

Katie and Michael’s wedding day was simply stunning. Katie prepared with her bridesmaids in the Hope Club bridal suite – and, they decked it out, just for her! It was awesome to see how her bride squad worked hard to celebrate her special day. After she was ready, she had a first look with her son, Michael, and then one with her groom. The balcony at the Hope Club was the perfect spot for their first looks!

Their intimate ceremony was so romantic – with candlelight lighting the space, it was SO elegant! Afterwards, we took everyone over to the State House for portraits. Despite the chilly weather and snow around us, their friends and family were grinning and thrilled to be celebrating Katie and Michael. Their reception was small and special, with a seated cocktail hour. But, Katie and Michael were able to have their special dances and celebrate, while their family an friends enjoyed the yummy food and cocktails! Congratulations again to the newlyweds!!! We’re so happy we could be with you.
