Oh, these two are so cute! When we met for Gina and Ernest’s engagement photos in a local park in East Greenwich, Rhode Island, I couldn’t wait to get started! Ernest is a police officer, and a big teddy bear. 🙂 Gina is a school principal and not quite as tall as Ernest. 😉 This groom-to-be was definitely head over heels!
The Big Day
I met Gina and Ernest at the Inn where they were staying for their “First Look”, and we got some gorgeous photos overlooking the water. I love First Looks! ☺ Oh did I mention that Gina’s Bouquet lit up… that is right! She had lights in her bouquet arrangement- how cool!
We headed to the aquarium, where the happy couple got married right outside – in front of the Baby Belugas! In fact, their first kiss was with a Beluga right behind them. 🙂
After the ceremony, we headed inside the Mystic Aquarium in Connecticut, where they enjoyed cocktail hour, followed by a fun reception! The décor was very wintery but also featured “underwater” colors – lots of aqua, silver, and white. Perfect fit for the day and venue.
Cute surprise from the bride! Gina surprised Ernie with her dress, which came apart and turned into a short dress for her first dance. The beautiful bride turned into a sexy bride – ready to dance the night away!
