Jenny & Chris | Alpine Country Club Wedding

Jenny and Chris had a perfect black-tie Alpine Country Club wedding in Cranston Rhode Island this past summer. We were so honored to be there to capture it all! Little fun fact: We actually met Chris before his wedding day while working weddings, as was a DJ at one of our past weddings, but once we met Jenny – it was obvious these two were meant to be together! One of the most beautiful parts of their wedding day was how they intentionally included Jenny’s son throughout their wedding. Jenny spent extra time with him while getting ready and gifted him something special for the big day from Chris. It was so sweet to see them really bringing their new family unit together throughout the day!

After a gorgeous traditional church wedding, we all headed to Alpine Country Club for Chris and Jenny’s wedding portraits and reception. Once the musicians and DJ got going, everyone stayed on the dance floor all night celebrating the happy couple. We managed to sneak Jenny and Chris out for a few romantic night portraits before the party ended. And it was so worth it!

Alpine Country Club Weddings

Alpine Country Club is just gorgeous and the perfect spot for weddings in Rhode Island. They really have it all: Great food, great service, a beautiful property, and a stunning newly renovated ballroom for receptions. Alpine Country Club offers an all-inclusive wedding package, making it even easier for couples to plan their big day here. As photographers, we love that our couples can have access to some prime locations around the course for portraits. We even got to take the golf carts out for photos (With supervision of course!) This allows for a huge variety in your photographs on your wedding day which is always a bonus! The grounds are beautifully manicured and look great no matter what the season… truly a photographer’s dream! Definitely check them out if you’re in the market for a country club or golf course wedding venue!

A Tip for Our Couples…

One of the things we loved the most about Jenny and Chris’s wedding was how intentionally they incorporated their entire family unit throughout the day. Jenny and Chris getting married wasn’t just about the two of them. Jenny’s son was also a big part of their wedding day. So, our tip is for other “blended” families planning a wedding day! Feel free to make your day about all of you.

A wedding is a great chance to remind everyone involved that love is unconditional. Include your children in your ceremony by letting them have a special reading, moment, or gift. Allow them to be a part of your reception speeches or maybe a family dance. It’s a great time to make your new, combined family feel more exciting and special. Take the time to make your wedding day your own by letting everyone be a part of the planning and celebration!
