Congratulations, Julia and Nick! This summer, we had the honor of capturing their Belle Mer Island House wedding. Julia and Nick, like so many other couples, fell in love with the beauty of Belle Mer. It’s hard not to! From the sweeping view of the water and bridge to the gorgeous lawn, it’s a spectacular spot to tie the knot.

The festivities commenced with Julia getting ready in the exquisite bridal suite at Belle Mer. Bathed in soft, natural light from the expansive windows, it provided the perfect backdrop for pre-ceremony portraits. A touching moment unfolded as Julia shared a first look with her father, brimming with emotion. Once both were ready, the couple stole a private moment for their own first look, where Julia’s breathtaking gown, especially the intricate bodice detailing, stole the show. Their ceremony unfolded on the lawn, caressed by a gentle breeze drifting in from the water.

As the sun set, the celebration moved indoors for Julia and Nick’s reception at Belle Mer. Adorned with elegant pastel pink and ivory blooms, complemented by tasteful gold accents, each table exudes sophistication. The highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the delightful surprise—a Ben & Jerry’s buffet brimming with delectable treats, adding a sweet touch to the festivities.
