This July, Kaitlyn and Heriberto tied the knot in a beautiful church ceremony in Newport, RI before celebrating the night away with their loved ones at Newport Harbor Island Resort. We love when couples infuse their wedding day – especially their ceremonies – with meaning. Kaitlyn and Heriberto chose to include handfasting in their church ceremony. Handfasting is a Celtic tradition that symbolizes the joining of two lives. Kaitlyn and Heriberto’s officiant helped them complete the handfasting, as well as explained what the ceremony meant to their guests. It was so special and a wonderful way to personalize their ceremony!
