Kate and Andrew are married! Their elegant Newport inspired Belle Mer wedding day was absolutely gorgeous and we’re honored we could be there to capture it all. Kate and Andrew fell in love with Belle Mer, on Goat Island, because it tied together the seaside vibes they wanted with an elegant setting. With a color palette of gold, cream, green, and dusty blue, they complimented the venue perfectly with their decor. We loved their outdoor ceremony along the waterfront. The seaside view is just perfection! Everything truly came together for a dreamy wedding day!

In preparation for their day, Kate and Andrew sent us both photos they had seen around the property at Belle Mer that they liked, as well as gave us notes from their engagement session of what images they loved! These visuals helped our team get a better understanding of what the newlyweds wanted from their wedding portraits. We always encourage these discussions. While searching for images online be mindful of the type of images you are finding. Sometimes images are not always from the same location, light or season but you and your photographer and have an open conversation about what you love in that image.
