Sophie and Colby | Castle Hill Inn Wedding | Newport, RI

Congratulations to Sophie and Colby! The new Mr. and Mrs. planned a romantic wedding day in Newport RI at one of our favorite venues, Castle Hill Inn. Their day had an elegant color scheme of pale blue, ivory, and green which complemented the water views perfectly. We’re still obsessed with their floral arch for their ceremony – just wait until you see it! Sophie and Colby trusted us throughout the entire wedding day, which means the world to us. Throughout every step of the planning process, they worked with us closely to help create the timeline and day of their dreams! It all turned out beautifully and we’re so happy for you, Sophie and Colby! Congratulations again – we wish you a lifetime of love and happiness together.

Castle Hill Inn Weddings

Castle Hill Inn is one of our favorite waterfront venues, surrounded by the Atlantic Ocean and Narragansett Bay. With gorgeous spaces and views for days, there are so many incredible spots for your wedding day to take place. Castle Hill Inn can accommodate both small, intimate weddings and big events. So, no matter the type of day that you’re planning, this venue is perfect for anyone dreaming of a waterfront Rhode Island wedding!

A Tip for Our Couples…

One of the questions we’re asked often as Rhode Island wedding photographers is whether or not we’ve been at a particular venue before. While we absolutely think it’s important to know the landmarks and important spaces of any venue, it’s also exciting to be able to explore somewhere new as a photographer! Those new locations always get our creative juices flowing. But, if you’re getting married at a landmark like Castle Hill (like Sophie and Colby did!), we promise to take you to all of the best spots, too. Our best advice when choosing your photographer isn’t to pick them based on if they’ve been to a venue or not, but instead, look at their experience. More experience means more understanding of light and the best spots for your portraits, which means your images will be the classic, timeless portraits you’ll cherish forever – no matter where you get married!
