Sara & Rob | Intimate Kirkbrae Country Club Wedding | Lincoln, RI

Sara and Rob are such a wonderful couple – laid back, relaxed, and just plain fun to be around. They planned a super elegant – but not over the top – intimate Kirkbrae Country Club wedding in Lincoln, RI. Originally, we weren’t supposed to be photographing their big day, but with everything going on, they wound up being able to book us. And we’re so happy it worked out! In the middle of all of the hard days and difficult decisions, it was a moment of success and happiness!

Their wedding day was focused on their family – from Sara’s grandfather being able to dance with her at the reception to including Rob’s daughter throughout the day. It was definitely a true celebration of their families coming together. Congratulations, Sara and Rob! Your Kirkbrae Country Club wedding day was just so special and beautiful!

Kirkbrae Country Club Weddings

Weddings at Kirkbrae Country Club are always a great time! Seriously, we always love working with this Lincoln, RI wedding venue because they’re so organized, super-friendly, and their venue is stunning. With lush grounds, the possibilities are endless for your wedding portraits and their indoor space is elegant and timeless – even with all of the restrictions in place. We always look forward to a chance to work here. And, even with the craziness of the pandemic, they’ve worked hard to create such a safe and beautiful space for our couples to tie the knot!

A Tip for Our Couples

COVID-19 has changed the way weddings work. And while a lot of it isn’t what our couples want, there’s some things that are more fun… like cocktail hours. Instead of mingling with the entire guest list, everyone can sit at their tables with their “bubbles.” And, they get SERVED! Honestly, what’s better than that?! They get to relax, have food brought to them, and still enjoy the company of those invited. At the end of the day, different is different – but it’s not necessarily all bad! Try to remember that, especially in the hard moments of this process.
