In This Episode

How many hours of coverage do I need?

For a single-location day, ~8 hours covers getting ready through open dancing; add time if you have separate prep spots, off-site ceremony, first look, or travel.

One or two photographers?

Decide by logistics, not guest count—separate getting-ready locations, simultaneous moments, and cocktail-hour candids/formals benefit from a second shooter (We always recommend two photographers if budget allows).

Should I do a first look?

Totally optional—great for easing the timeline and getting more portraits; skip if you want the aisle reveal (see our podcast + blog for pros/cons).

Should I get an album?

Yes—legacies don’t live on clouds or thumb drives; a printed album becomes an heirloom your family will actually hold and revisit for generations.
