In this Episode
What was your wedding journey like overall?
Enrique and Anaiz planned a multi-part celebration that honored family, personal dreams, and a big party with everyone.
What happened first?
An intimate civil ceremony in Providence, RI with close family on their dating anniversary (Sept. 5, 2024) due to the groom’s father’s diagnosis.
What did you decide to do for your wedding after the civil ceremony?
One year later Enrique and Anaiz had their private Italy elopement in Milan + Lake Como. This was a special moment for them to mostly exchange vows. It was exactly a year later on Sept. 5, 2025.
How did you celebrate with others?
Enrique and Anaiz had a full reception in October 2025 at Queen Anne’s Loft in Newport to celebrate with everyone, once they returned. A Happily Ever After Party!
What’s the biggest takeaway?
Listen to the universe and each other—prioritize what matters most to you as a couple, even if that means celebrating in stages.
