In This Episode

What services do you offer?

Custom grazing stations; carts for charcuterie & dessert, avocado toast, cannoli, and gelato; plus charcuterie workshops (great for bachelorettes).

If I want a boutique caterer/charcuterie/dessert vendor, what should I do as the client?

Check with your venue to confirm they allow outside food vendors and align on logistics.

How far out should I book?

For weddings, book after your venue- 6–12 months is ideal for caterers

What do you wish clients knew about catering?

It’s many moving parts: sourcing, securing, prepping, storing, transporting, serving, staging, and breakdown. So, be sure to keep your caterer as part of your timeline too!
