We thought we’d take this opportunity to write about our perspective on your big day. 🙂
What a lovely day! Lauren grew up in Rhode Island and now lives in Miami. She and her groom met in Miami Beach, where Angelo was managing the famous Delano Hotel, and where Lauren herself was working. The happy couple traveled to Rhode Island to get married at St. Rocco’s Church, with a reception at Ocean Cliff.
Lauren was just breathtaking! We went to her house first, where got some beautiful shots in her dad’s garden (which he worked hard to make perfect the weeks prior), then off to the church for the ceremony. Lauren is very close to her dad, and you could see the emotion on her dad’s face as he started to cry when he first saw his daughter on her wedding day. It was so sweet! The smell of flowers as you walked into the room, and the sound of her friend’s voice as she sang at the wedding really set the mood for a very special day.
The reception at Ocean Cliff was gorgeous too – with flowers by Semia, music by Frank Rossi from Cover to Cover, and a delicious Scrumptions cake! It is no wonder their wedding was recently featured in both Southern New England Weddings magazine and also The Newport Experience Brochure.
