To celebrate your baby’s first birthday, we plan fully customized and playful cake smash portrait session in our Rhode Island portrait studio. Our cake smash sessions are designed to be stress-free for your family! That means you can focus on celebrating such a big milestone!
What to Expect with Your Cake Smash Portraits
When you schedule a cake smash session with us, you can relax and leave all the details to us! Your sole responsibility is to bring your one-year-old to our portrait studio, and from there, we handle everything else. We collaborate with a bakery to create a cake tailored to your chosen theme. The cake will be delivered to the studio, one less thing to worry about! Moreover, we have a variety of adorable outfits, along with playful hats and crowns, for your little one to wear during the session. Your only task is to arrive at our studio with your birthday baby. You even get to take the cake home with you!
One of the standout features of our cake smash sessions is following the cake-smashing fun, we conclude the session with a bath to capture some additional portraits and leave your baby feeling fresh and tidy.
How to Design Your Cake Smash
Not sure where to start when it comes to your cake smash portraits? Picking a color scheme or theme is the first place to begin. We recommend thinking about what your child is into at this age, gravitates towards, or even where you plan to display the final images. For example, if your home is neutral, then a bold and bright setup might not be best. Once you’ve got some ideas in mind, we’ll check out our extensive wardrobe and prop closet to create a unique setup for your one year old!
