Elegant Newport Beach House Wedding

Congratulations, Jessica and John! The newlyweds planned a glamorous beach wedding at Newport Beach House in Newport, RI this spring. Newport Beach House is a beautiful location, right on the water, for any couple who is dreaming of a beach wedding. Jessica and John’s classy wedding day was filled with white and blue florals and lots of candles, which really brought an elegant vibe to the entire event. Jessica’s bridesmaids wore gorgeous gowns with a blue and white floral pattern, which was so fun – and a great way to bring her color palette to life, too. The whole day was a great time! Jessica and John are so laid back and were clearly so ready to get married!

Without a doubt, the best part of Jessica and John’s wedding day was our nighttime portraits. We made time for portraits on the back patio at Newport Beach House. Jessica and John are also super adventurous so we ended the night with a dip in the ocean with their bridal party. We loved watching them enjoy their version of “trash the dress”! It was a truly beautiful and joyful Newport wedding day!

A Tip for Our Couples…

On your wedding day, make sure you take some time to have fun! Jessica and John changed out of their wedding attire towards the end of their reception so they could run into the ocean. Alongside their wedding party, they jumped in the waves and had a great time. It was super fun – and we’ve seen this done before, in pools especially. If you’re thinking about a dip in the water at the end of the night, make sure to chat with your photographer so we don’t miss a moment of the fun!

Extra bonus tip! One of the things that the couple planned was to enjoy the last song of the night as a special secluded last dance. They invited their wedding guest to go outside for the conclusion of their wedding to start lighting fireworks as they danced their last dance together as husband and wife alone on the dance floor. It was truly a special moment that we highly recommend so couples can enjoy their last moments together as husband and wife on their wedding day truly in the moment with no distraction.
