Alexa and Paul | The Graduate Providence Wedding | Providence, RI

Alexa and Paul are married. They hosted a gorgeous December wedding day at the Graduate Providence. The entire day was filled with the spirit of the holiday season and lots of love between Alexa and Paul. Alexa and Paul were so smart with their wedding day – from really trusting us with their timeline to leaning into the holiday décor already at the Graduate Providence. Honestly, all of their choices made for such an elegant and stress-free winter wedding.

Alexa and Paul chose to have their wedding party wear black dresses and tuxes, which we always love! They also used a simple color palette to accent the ballroom at the Graduate Providence, with light pinks and whites. It was simple and sophisticated! However, our favorite part was probably after their church wedding. Alexa and Paul met in church classes when they were young! So, we made sure to stop by the classroom in the church where their love story began. It was special to share that moment with Alexa and Paul, as they let it sink in that they’re now married!

The Graduate Providence Weddings

The Graduate Providence is a gorgeous option for weddings in Providence, RI. This incredible venue offers space for up to 500 guests (or a more intimate ballroom option if that’s your preference!), making it perfect for events of any size. The Graduate Providence also boasts a creative culinary team to help make your wedding meal dreams come true, too. If that wasn’t enough, The Graduate Providence is a working hotel. That means your guests can attend your wedding and stay all in one location – always a plus!

A Tip for Our Couples…

Wedding days are already full of incredibly special moments for our couples. They’re actually getting married, their family and friends are all in one place, and they’re kickstarting the next chapter of their lives. But, sometimes wedding days present opportunities for other emotional moments. Alexa and Paul shared the beginning of their love story with us and asked if we could capture a portrait where they met in the basement of the church after the ceremony. Alexa and Paul communicated photos like this that were important to them beforehand. Letting your photography team know about any special places or photos you want to recreate, etc., while they are planning your timeline ensures that these moments will not be overlooked or forgotten on the day of your wedding!
