We’re thinking of you today, Sydene and John – it’s your first anniversary!

John is from Rhode Island, and Sydene is from New York, but spent a significant time growing up in Rhode Island. The happy couple met here when they were in college – something that never would have happened if Sydene didn’t live in Little Rhody part-time! Sydene is one of those lucky gals who has two families who love her. As Sydene says, she has her Rhode Island Family, and her New York Family. 🙂 And it’s easy to see why so many people love her – her smile is contagious!

Sydene and John’s engagement session was on the beach. Growing up in New York, Sydene always had an appreciation for the beach – something native Rhode Islanders can definitely take for granted. We had a great day capturing special moments with this beautiful little family – complete with their dog. 🙂

On the wedding day, after a windy (but fun!) “First Look” at the Rotunda, both of Sydene’s families and John’s came together to celebrate the happy couple, and the day was just overflowing with love. Guests were so happy to be a part of their sweet ceremony, and you could see the joy on their faces as they watched Sydene and John tie the knot. 🙂

The ceremony was followed by a huge celebration with lots of laughter, dancing, and love. This was one fun group – we were so honored to be a part of the special day for Sydene and John. 🙂

The newlyweds live in New York now, but continue to spend lots of time in Rhode Island whenever they can! Sending you lots of love today, Sydene and John!
