Nola & Robert | Relaxed Backyard Wedding Day | Greenville, RI

Nola and Robert are officially married!! COVID-19 couldn’t keep these newlyweds from getting married this year. Nola and Robert made the decision to host their relaxed and intimate wedding day at Nola’s parents’ home in Greenville RI. With their closest family around them, they exchanged their vows and enjoyed a night together. Because they were at home, their sweet dogs even made an appearance! Definitely a perk! Nola and Robert will be celebrating next year with a bigger event. But for now, they can finally say they’re married! We loved capturing their special day at home!

Relaxed Backyard Weddings

As many couples make the decision to downsize their weddings, we want to encourage them to think about an intimate and relaxed backyard wedding! Honestly, these at-home wedding days can be truly private and charming! Whether it’s your home or your family’s, we just LOVE quiet wedding days like this!! Because they’re more intimate, we often get to send more time with our amazing couples too! There’s just something really special about having one of the most special days of your life at a home you love.

A Tip for Our Couples…

As our couples begin downsizing their wedding days, many of them have told us that they actually feel a sigh of relief. The pressure for their big wedding day is lessened a bit! You’ll already have a whole year of marriage under your belts! And, you’ll get double the fun and time with your family and some friends, too. With both an intimate wedding day and the big party, our couples are getting double the fun! So, take this time to just enjoy the fact that you’re getting married!! Then you’ll be nice and relaxed for your big celebration too! Although these smaller minimonies and celebrations may not be what you envisioned, it’s great to know that you CAN still celebrate this special moment!
